Martinez Ramirez, which is likely to result in the execution of an innocent man" there is not a doubt this guy killed a woman and a child. the argument being made is that is he retarded. he is a killer. he is guilty. the issue is about court procedure intervening to save murdering retards from the chair. keep in mind this guy in question is not innocent, he is a killer. he stabbed a mother 15 times, some in the eye, and her daughter, he sexually assaulted her and then stabbed her repeatedly until dead. so you keep defending him.

That's not a baby, that's a fetus. And a female who's been raped should not be forced to have her life impacted by a non-person. Aside from all that, most abortions occur LONG before that stage of development. You're as dishonest as ever.
