do what a leader does, get the rest of the team to elevate their game. something that didn't happen last nite. greatness happens in micro measurements. there is great, there is very good, and then there is good. last nite they were somewhere between good and very good. defensively great.

Tell Chancellor to STFU during timeouts so she could hold a team meeting? Slap them upside the head while White was bringing the ball up? Grab the PA mike and tell them to light a fire under their collective azzes? Please? I want to know.
