Who was it that took a step out of the end zone then backed up and took a knee?

I hope the coach let the Oline give him a red-belly the next practice.

Bad assumption. You had said that Harris was the answer versus MSU. I'm saying that he's clearly not the answer to everything.

Play calling? People have complained about play calling here every year, including the championship seasons. I don't think play calling is the worst issue this team has. I think it is mostly inexperience at quarterback and underperformance on the DL and OL.

Sorry, I don't buy the notion that everything bad that happens is Les' fault and everything good is the players virtues.

Who says? It has been 15 years since LSU has lost that badly. It's going to happen from time to time.

So has every team in the country. Very few have recruited better than Les.

You are yet to defend the play calling, lack of preparation, or lack of improvement. All you do is name call and put down those who disagree.

And I'm a damn proud Coonass!!!

I never said it is always Les' fault when something bad happens or the players when it is good. You're putting words in my mouth.

Again, have we seen ANY improvement from week one to present? NO!! Have we seen a team show up ready to play outside of two cupcake games? NO!!! Have we seen play calling that is easy to defend because everyone in the stadium who has watched a LSU game knows what is coming next? YES!! Have we seen a time management issue in nearly every game? YES!!

If that is good coaching and acceptable to you then great. Sorry, but I would like to see lil more from a coach that is paid over $4 million a year. I do not expect to win every game. Just show me a lil improvement and signs of development.

    Funny how that works . . .

You exaggerate. The play calling is not that predictable and the time management issue only crops up rarely. We can complain that it could be better, but the vitriol spouted about Les around here is absurd.

Well, keep watching, amigo. We just played two top-5 teams. That will not happen every week.

Clock issues are not rare, that is in nearly every game.

Yes, we lost but again. There is no reason for LSU to have started out that flat. That is inexcusable. If Miles and staff had LSU prepared we likely beat Miss St. Against Auburn a loss is fine, they were at home and a damn good team. However that spanking is not.

Do you hold Miles and staff to any expectations? I know some people go over board with criticism. I'm just asking for improvement and to learn how to manage a game.

Yes. Win over 75% of the games, take us to major bowls, and get us into a championship game from time to time.

Yes. The minions complain when we lose and they complain when we win. I defend Les against silly-ass fanboy crap based on their own disappointment rather than any real knowledge of football. Shane absolutely hates Les even though he doesn't know a screen pass from a screen door. In rational discussions, I can point out some Les issues, one can with any coach. But I see issues all over, most of them fixable without firing the goddamn coach. Some folks think that is the universal fix. I think TIME is. We are a young team in a rebuilding year. It happens to everybody.
