Auburn will be dropped behind every other 1 loss team in the polls.

So now our attention turns to all the 1 loss teams winning. Let's also say Boise State loses tonight, then we could have:

    1. Oregon (11-0)
    2. TCU (12-0)
    3. Wisconsin (11-1)
    4. LSU (11-1)
    5. Ohio State (11-1)
    6. Stanford (11-1)
    7. Oklahoma State (11-1)
    8. Alabama (10-2)
    9. Michigan State (11-1)
    10. Auburn (11-1)
    11. Boise State (10-1)

Auburn's title hopes would be in ruins. A win over South Carolina next week would be too little too late. So tomorrow we cannot afford teams like Ohio State, Stanford, Oklahoma State and Michigan State to lose. Wisconsin losing is still in LSU's favor as we would get much closer to TCU and possibly overtake them should Boise State win and Oregon lose.

LSU would be awaiting for Oregon to lose either of it's last 2 games (the poll projects an Oregon win tonight) to get into the BCS title game.

    I doubt that, somehow.

What poll is this, and what is the outcome of the LSU/Arky and Wiscy/NW game in this scenario?

If LSU beats top 12 Arky on the road, you think Wiscy jumps LSU??

    The human polls.

We may jump Wisconsin in the Coaches poll if we have an impressive 2 score win tomorrow.

Why the hell isn't Alabama leading 42-7 at the half?

379 yards to only 87 for Auburn.

    That sucks balls.

I don't doubt it, but only if it's a blowout loss. If it's a close loss, I see them dropping to 4.

Agree. I cannot root for Bama, but I sure hope AU starts turning the ball over and falling down on defense.

85% chance it's because you started a thread assuming Auburn losing in blowout fashion.
