It can be really nice, but when facts prove otherwise, I can care less about "warm and fuzzies".

But if you want to play Big Brother to a poster who's statement was disproven with facts, pat his little tushie all you want, islstl.

you disproved my statement by "proving" that FRESHMAN ACTUALLY PLAYED!!!!!!! and THEY REALLY, REALLY, TRULY, CONTRIBUTED!!!! I SWEAR THEY DID!!!!!

it was debated endlessly last year and in prior years as well whether it be JJ sitting behind J Lee or JV being on the field when others needed to be.

once again, i think that sometimes CLM is loyal to a fault, whether it be to an upperclassman or an assistant coach. it is the one quality that is endearing because it demonstrates his integrity and reveals the type of person he is but it also has cost the team's development.

having said that, I'm not watching practice every day and i'm not getting paid to make those decisions. CLM is and he is 4-0 with a good opportunity to go 3-0 in the SEC this week.

argue all you want but i think randle should have seen the field earlier and more often (i don't understand why we don't use dickson more or play action pass more but that is another discussion)

    and that's a fact! :)

i don't think that its the fact that underclassmen don't play. its that they are seldom used in major contributing roles, unless the position they play is very very very thin. Sure the people on that list played their Freshman, and Soph. years. But on that list, who was thrown right into it as a starter, and was worked into the offense, or defense.

I think what the dude with the white russian was pointing out that you cannot compare with Julio and AJ Green because those 2 guys came on to their team as the immediate number 1 receiver, of course they are going to be targeted alot.

That. There's good reasons for that.. but sometimes -- a young player can step and do better than a veteran player.. like Peterson.

IMO, we shouldn't expect a tremendous impact from RR this year. We have Lafell and TT and several other veterans that appear to be a little more game ready than RR.

We could expect him to have a few more catches the rest of the way. RR is going to produce for us. Patience.
