ESPN needed someone to gush over every season after USC fell on its sword. It has obviously turned to the Gumps these past few years. Though my negativity for the Gumps is high, I would rather see that than the blatant media bias USC was shown every year. That is a program I despise with a passion.

ESPN has never showered LSU's talented teams with much respect.

Phuck em. They can kiss both sides of my ass.

I loved during the segment on coaching, how one of the "experts" gave Alabama's coaching the edge because Bama had a streak of 50 possessions without a turnover. Then, he turned around and said, "Well, uh, um, LSU has a current streak of 59 possessions without a turnover, but still, the Bama staff has their team better prepared..."

    What?

    Right on point. :thumb:

Except I think our secondary has the edge on their receivers, and on the flip side I would give our receivers the edge on their secondary.

It is absaloutley shocking to me how ALL the so called "experts" have picked alabama to win this one. They continue to gush over bama's stats, but if both teams played the same teams, i would say lsu stats would be as good or even better, of course saban is a defensive stats driven coach, he wants to limit every team for 60 minutes, while Miles while play alot of number 2's once he knows the game is in hand....and that is why lsu's depth is second to none!

Love being the underdog, less to lose and a lot of fun when we will turn the tables.
