The only problem with the Saints not winning their division is having to travel to Chicago, New York, or Philly. All outdoor stadiums in the cold. Seattle needs to kick Atlanta's arse.

Who would have thunk that a 13-3 season would get you a wild card birth. That's just insane. As mentioned the Saints having to travel to a bunch of outdoor stadiums in the cold will not be a good recipe for the Saints to repeat. Dropping those games against the Cards and Browns is going to be the achilles heal of our season. 2 games the Saints should have won.Saintslogo

Yep, plus ATL is 'due' for a game in which they play poorly and lose. Like the one we had against TB in the dome last year, when we could've wrapped up home field advantage throughout with a win over a team we'd just beaten 31-7 a few weeks earlier. Granted, it was a 'shudda/cudda/wudda' game where Hartley missed the winning FG, but still, I think they held us to only 3pts in the 2nd half.

Hopefully, ATL has a game like this where they stumble, we keep winning, and it sets up a HUGE Monday night game in 2 weeks.

You know what sux is that an 8-8 or 7-9 team from the NFC West can possibly bump us to a 5 seed, especially when we've beaten every time except one from that division. If it comes to that, I know we wouldn't have won the division, but something ain;t right about a 13-3/12-4 team having to travel out West; especially the one that plays in the toughest division in football.

EDIT: Just saw LT's post after I posted the above. I whole heartedly concur.

Speaking of which, you realize that regardless of the losses to the Cards and Browns, if Hartley doesn't miss vs Atl in OT back in Week 3, the roles are reversed, and its the Dirty Birds praying for us to lose to Balt this week so they can have a shot to get back in it against us on MNF.

Of course I do. :thumb: I was at that game.

I normally go to the games with my cousin, but took my wife because it was our anniversary. I love my wife with all my heart, but she will never go with me to another Saints game ever again. :hihi:
