Well she dislocated her shoulder, there is no disputing that. They showed it in slow motion and it was hard to watch. Parker's shoulder is bothering her. She is coming out again. Off to the locker room.
I was kidding. not kidding about cheering for UT now, though... and A&M can score a lot. 91 in rd 1 and 77 against Duke. They just playing at a crawl tonight because they can't (or couldn't) win a shootout with UT.
they do not have a ton of size, but they do have a lot of 6'2 and 6'3 players, which always gives LSU a problem, because: a. Chaney doesn't like playing defense b. LeBlanc is too small to play those types of players. That is why LSU is so, so lucky McCants was cold last night, because Chaney couldn't stop her and she shot over the top of LeBlanc.
The Lawson chick on the ESPN Women's Gameday crew said she had her left shoulder dislocated (she is right handed as well). She said it took a week just to be pain free enough to try and practice. Given the timeline, LSU would play UT in exactly 5 days. If UT survives, they will be with a very limited Parker at best.
Candace Parker did not come out for the 2nd half. Texas A&M in the dangerous position of realizing this game is their's for the taking. Now can they keep within themselves and pull it off?
UT definitely looks out of sync. Their D will have to win this one. UT with exactly zero point with 4+ minutes gone in the 2nd half.
