seems like we could explain this fairly easy with stats on urban density. when i lived in queens new york i waited, now i live in downtown baton rouge and nobody is there. given than blacks tend to live in more urban areas, wouldnt expect anything else.

i bet there are not longer wait times in south texas tejano communities, but i know there is in white upper west side of manhattan where a million people live.

seems silly to imagine depts of elections nationwide are conspiring to keep the minorities down.
