I'd rather lose competitively then lose by going 3 and Out and punting all night. Letting the scrub teams you're supposed to dominate all night hang around gets you close wins or embarrassing losses.

How many more wins do you think Miles had in him by doing nothing to spread out the defenses and running into 9-10 man fronts? Guess you'd fit in well in B1G Country.

It's not that we lost it, it's how we lost it. Never broke the 50 while our team imploded. No adjustments, no playing someone else, nothing. 21-0, the 1st team to be shut out in a BCS NC. Way to go Les.

Nobody's hiring anybody right now. We'll see where Ogeron ends up at the end of the season. Ogeron on one hand isn't getting a fair shake, having to come in mid season and clean up a mess. On the other hand, he'd never have been considered otherwise.

Unless a rational explanation ever comes out as to why Lee didn't even get a chance to anything I will always fault Miles for that shit show. What should have been the greatest season in LSU football history is all but forgotten now.

That game was when Miles the coach died to me. After that I was just waiting for him to be gone.

Well, anytime a coach is fired during the season, you're hardly ever going to see a team hire a new coach until the season is over.

I actually agree with you here. I don't get that either.

One isn't coming. It isn't coming because if you line them up and kick it off again tomorrow Leslie plays it exactly the same way because he still thinks it was the right thing to do. That is why he is unemployed not because of some ax that Alleva had to grind.
