It's not the crown at all !!!

    Gravity is variable...not a constant.

How do you think the stones that make up the pyramids got there? The Egyptians flipped them like tiddly winks on days of light gravity !! Same with the stone heads on Easter Island. :yelwink2:.

Mallet was not able to counteract the effects of variable gravity as well as Jefferson did. Jefferson was able to take the variation of gravity into consideration because he goes to a better school...

...Mallett, well, he goes to Ar-kansas. :hihi:.

So I guess we should assume all Mallet's completions were supposed to be incompletions .

Im sorry, but the ones that sailed on him were by like 3 feet, the crown is not that severe.

He is going to school in the Ozark Mountains and plays in a stadium with a TV the size of Texas – an unlevel playing field shouldn’t bother him at all.

The crown seems to have the opposite effect on our QBs who regularly throw the ball into the ground short of the receiver.

Seriously, the crown is barely noticeable these days. Its probably less than a lot of other natural turf fields in the country. It used to be a significant advantage, but not anymore.
