Col Reb has been around here longer then you have and is a respected rival fan; even though that rival is Ole Miss. Just so ya know.

Yea I actually like Ole Miss. Went to one of their football camps when bae bae was coaching there I loved it. Great campus... I just think the tuhey's have a little too much pull over there. First Michael Oher than Hugh Freeze it's beginning to become very noticeable who runs shit in black bear country.

Ok but I am an LSU fan and have been since I jumped out the womb. Sometimes I wonder why GOD never gave me the ability to play at the college football level because I feel I have as much heart as most of the players on that team. I would have given my left nut to play last saturday to have the opportunity to represent my home state. I will always give opposing fans my insight on the game because I love my tigers. No dis respect I can respect a true fan and anybody who comes on here representing a team like Ole Miss who really isn't having the best of years deserves some respect since those kind of people are the true fans.

Fair enough. Behind Bama, Ole Miss is my least liked college football team (sorry Reb) and part of that is their insufferable fans (we got those kind too, every team does), so I'm right there with ya. But just wanted to let you know that Reb is one of the good guys.

All I know is that sometimes, even when we are really, really f'n good, and Ole Miss couldn't beat anyone, they still played us extremely tough, and have beaten us, and sometimes have taken us to overtime, or down to the wire. They have a pretty good offense this year, I expect them to play us very hard, and it won't be like last year.

Speaking of last year, there was a little controversy too. Les Miles put a knee on the football with over 5 minutes left to go in the ball game. I don't think I have ever seen anyone do that before. I know in his mind he didn't mean anything by it, but at the same time, it was considered by some a classless move, the ultimate roll over and middle finger to an opponent, some even thought it was worse than throwing a touchdown up 40 with a minute left. I think that if he intented to take a jab at Ole Miss, that would have been a pretty huge fuck you, you are beneath us... but I don't think he had any intentions of sending some sort of message or anything, he was just trying to get the game over with and get out of there. Anyway, that may not have sat well with some of those coaches and players.

His intentions were pure. He just doesn't have the presence of mind to realize that doing that was more insulting than scoring another TD.

Lots of Rebs are yelling, "Beware....Freeze warning." I keep expecting someone to reply something like..."they make anti-Feeze nowdays....dumbbutt."

I think that was his way of being a "gentleman" coach. It was one of those calls where he is damned if he does and damned if he doesn't. Score again and you are "running up the score. Take a knee that early and you are insulting us. Personally, I would rather you play on. If we can't stop you, so be it. It was quite obvious that we were outclassed anyway. Score a td and go for two..........yes, that would definately be running it up. OM coaches may "use" that as fodder for this year. I think OM should just let that go since we really don't know the intent. They might use their time and entergy working on THIS game alone.

Thanks...been tiger baited many times. I truely expect it and have no problem with it unless they are really angry appear to be trying to make it personal. You respect my personal space and I respect yours. More than likely, you will get a "go to hell LSU or a give them hell rebels." Not too keen on the Hotty crap. I can take the whole cheer when all the fans are doing it. Just don't expect me to put my hands on my hips and with a lisp say Hotty Toddy ya'll.

One of these things is not like the others,
One of these things just doesn't belong,
Can you tell which thing is not like the others
By the time I finish my song?
