In the right offense, there are quite a number of players that could shine. I think the receiving corp is one of the best in the nation if we had a qb that could go through progressions and be accurate throwing the football. Things could be different if miles takes the handcuffs off of Cameron.
exactly! it's a shame we aren't capable to having a single qb, right now, with the ability to just be adequate game managers. not the qb's fault, it's the coaches fault. thank the Lord our talent often allows that talent to overcome our coaches shortcomings.
One is a sophomore and 1 is a true freshman. Johnny Manziel and Jameis Winston are not the norm y'all. Most freshman qb's struggle against good teams, and remember this is Jennings' 2nd SEC start. Going into tonight, Harris and Jennings both had only started 1 SEC game each. Obviously the defensive line is a huge concern, MLB is a huge concern, QB could be as well, but remember AJ McCarron wasn't really good as a freshman, nor was Matt Stafford, Tim Tebow, Vince Young, Cam Newton, Zach Mettenberger, Aaron Murray, Peyton Manning, or Eli Manning statistically. This team is very young. It's frustrating to watch especially due to 08-'10 with how the offense struggled, and if they look like this next year, I'll be right next to everyone with the pitchforks. Let them grow up, they did a little tonight.
