not abandoning it completely, but it's talk of change due to the new qb coach, and everyone wanting the teblow love affair to carry over to the nfl For the Last Time, There is No Urban MeyerOffense - Team Speed Kills We Is Notre Dame: Is Urban Meyer abandoning the spread offense?? Smart Football: Urban Meyer to quit spreadin'?
I thought that was clever. But it does seem more like they'd be talking about what Erbuhn does with Teblow
3rd in the SEC W..... I always like a team that will overacheive instead of underacheive. :geauxtige:geauxtige :geauxtige:geauxtige
I think we will have a chance to win the SEC, however i think that this is going to be the year that the SEC gets robbed from playing in the national championship game. You have Texas and OU, one of these teams is going to be there in January, unless something crazy happens, and Oklahoma State beats both of em, and looses to a scrub team. Ohio State, has a very easy schedule this year, and plays USC at home. If they beat USC, look for Ohio State to be on cruise control for the rest of the season. SEC is just loaded, and we could end up being our own worst enemy. That being said, i can't wait til this season starts.
I'm not necessarily saying that LSU will play in the BCSNCG, but I'm saying that LSU will run over some folks and there WILL be blood in the streets when it's all said and done with. I think that LSU will absolutely win the West. Whatever happens after that happens. LSU is flying under the radar....and for the first time that I can remember, they are flying under the radar even with their own fan base. This, IMO, is great news. My football fan instinct tells me that we're a year or two away. If you remember correctly, under Saban when we won the National Championship we were supposed to be a year or two away, too. Just sayin'.......
totally agree with you, and who knows maybe we will get to a national championship game, the odds are not stacked in our favor though. I will be happy as long as we compete for the SEC championship, which i think we will. :geauxtige
