What’s y’all opinion of Rick Scott, former governor of Florida (2010-2018) and current US Senator. I think he’s going to run in the Republican primary in 2024.
desantis is surely gonna be president. his resume is insane. harvard law seal team. i cant imagine a better resume. also its noem, not noam. noam makes me think chomksy the worst person in the world
Reasonable and decently solid. He is not DeSantis though, has more of a politicians brain and thought patterns. DeSantis thinks clearly and moves decisively. Scott will ignore the negative and preach platitudes around it, DeSantis will confront it and tell you where you are wrong. Based on what I have learned about DeSantis, he would be a more traditional common sense moderate but the media and the left will character assassinate him to the ends of the earth and paint him a right wing racist. He has done a great job as governor where Scott just didn't screw it up. Right now, he would get my support but he doesn't have a chance. The media won't let him. They are already making up shit about him. DeSantis and Scott or DeSantis and Noem would be my picks today.
Desantis is head and shoulders above any candidate and I think will be able to overcome the character assassination of the left. The MSM is destroying and will further destroy their credibility over the next years. As long as Trump stays out it will be a Republican landslide.
