It wasn't seized. He voluntarily gave it over to a computer shop owner for repairs. Shop owner was so disturbed by its contents that he turned it over to the feds for further investigation. Feds have done everything they can to try and make it go away. Although your diseased brain sees no difference, here in reality, its alot different then a witchhunt without probably cause. Meanwhile, the poor shop owner is on the verge of bankruptcy due to liberal intimidation campaign and death threats.
