    but I’m sure it’s not widespread….

    from nbc news twatter:
Starbucks is asking the federal labor board to suspend all mail-in ballot union elections nationwide, alleging misconduct in the voting process by the board’s personnel and the union organizing its baristas.

Despite republican obstructionism this is becoming one of the most successful pro-middle class Administrations since FDR. The legislative successes have been many:

    - Bipartisan infrastructure package
    - Covid relief package massively reduced Covid hospitalizations and deaths
    - Record job creation and record low unemployment
    - Medical assistance for injured war veterans
    - Green technology investment
    - Inflation Reduction Act closing tax loopholes
    - Medical cost reductions
    - Energy tax credits for private citizens
    - CHIPS production to stimulate manufacturing of high tech vehicles and devices

And now, ignoring trump for a moment, I ask:

WTF has the republican party done for the average American in the last 40 years?

Quick answer: SQUAT. They have massively expanded the wealth disparity between the rich and the middle class by passing huge tax cuts for the rich, exploded the national debt, shrunk the middle class.... all the while reducing environmental programs that help to safeguard future generations from pollution, resources depletion, and climate change... and stoking racial divisions to fever pitch.

And now they're working feverishly to cut Social Security and Medicare... and disease control and law enforcement.

It's a party of fascist cultism, not of policies that help Americans except plutocrats and autocrats.

    And now back to trump:

It's STAGGERING that the party of intelligent and brave men like Abraham Lincoln, Teddy Roosevelt, and Dwight Eisenhower has degenerated into the party of trumpian imbecility, racism, fear-mongering, corruption, and treason. Lincoln, Roosevelt, Eisenhower, and Reagan would look upon this disgusting orange pervert traitor with much-deserved contempt.

Utter fucking nonsense. My bank account, retirement, and investments were BOOMING from 2016-2020. I had more disposable income because we did not rely on foreign oil, so gas was cheaper, food was cheaper, and inflation was no where near the 40 year high it is now.

    But mUh CoVid...TrUmPs fAuLt...GlObAl MaCrOnOmIcS...

You're a moron of the highest order.

So, I've warned you before about posting things without thinking them through first. Are you saying we shouldn't be spending anything on the military, homeland security, law enforcement, roads and bridges?
