biden should have strongly condemned the leaker at the supreme court. that time window between the leak and the decision was a chance for an assassin to overturn the decision by killing a justice. it was incredibly dangerous. but there was no inclination from the left to condemn the leaker, who created the dangerous situation that could have gotten kavenaugh killed.
We will never know the leaker. It was the Chief Justice. He doesn’t have quite the power he had prior to Trump running his 3 card black jack on the left. Roberts wanted an incremental approach to Roe, that’s why he concurred but didn’t vote with either side. There are enough constitutionalists that they don’t need the panty waist.
