Why are you all the sudden concerned about his purchase?

 

Hate speech is free speech. Also, Hate speech is not a legal term.

Why would the government need to monitor legal activities then?

 

Obviously because those who would publish hate speech against groups of people are more likely to commit crimes against those people.

 

That is unconstitutional.

Its like saying cops would be justified to pull over every black man as they are more likely to be violent criminals.
