I work for Siemens selling electrical equipment to oil, gas, refining and petrochemical facilities. Been in the business about 45 years and still feel like a kid in a candy store.

Isn't it very curious that these trumplodytes accuse Biden of causing inflation with stimulus when the stimulus package under trump was $3 trillion, and under Biden significantly less? Isn't it very curious that these trumplodytes accuse Biden of causing inflation by printing money when trump printed more money than anybody before or since, and when cash is not even a big part of the money supply, anyway?

I have never argued that Biden's policies are not inflationary. They HAD to be in order to keep the economy booming... in order for people to have jobs. But trump, rather than Biden, is owed the greater part of inflation blame.... by tanking the economy in the first place with disastrous leadership in the face of a pandemic, and with a 0% prime lending rate. FROM HIS OWN MOUTH, trump's answer to Federal deficits was to PRINT MONEY.

Yes though one major customer is a copper mine in Indonesia (HQ in New Orleans).
I’ve been fortunate enough to sell the electrical packages for 2 deepwater production facilities and am working on 2 more.

Both my Dad and brother spent their careers in the oil field service industries. I spent a summer in high school rough necking for a friend of my Dad's. That was enough to convice me that I wanted no part of the oil field industry.

How often do you travel to off shore rigs if you are required to do so?

I never have. It’s expensive to get offshore and the oil companies only let people who actually perform work. As a salesman I don’t turn wrenches and act more like a consultant
