I really don't see how WR's dropping balls, or Mett overthrowing his receivers in one game points any fingers at CLM.

It's all going to come together .. and it happens Nov. 3rd. Watch and see.

This needs to be a positive thread going forward. I, for one, have faith and believe in the LSU Tigers. Enough with the sky is falling prophecies. That Cajun voodoo magic will be in full force on 11/3. Bama beware!

I will root for LSU til the day I die, but I will always be a realist. LSU's offensive ineptitude is well established. Expect a game very like the one against Florida. If the offense shows up at all, LSU will win, but if they play like they have (and there is no reason to think otherwise) Bama will win by a couple touchdowns.

There's every reason to think otherwise.

The components are there .. they just have to come together. Mett has been accurate for most of the season ... excepting last saturday. The WR's aren't dropping passes anymore. The O-line is providing good protection.

It's just a matter of all three happening at the same time. .. and there's every reason to believe it can happen. .. and I think it's gonna happen.

Everyone wanted to run Miles out of town in 2010, then Alabama came to town and we won. If you have watched every snap this year, other than January, the coaches have put this offense in position to make plays, we just haven't. It's going to come together on November 3rd.

Dude, La Tech "lit" A & M up--and lost. Call me crazy, but I'm happier with NOT lighting them up (we DID wear them down at the line of scrimmage) and winning.

One national championship is not very impressive? The hell you say. Before 2003 and 2007, LSU had one national championship, won all the way back in 1958, which predated my birth by over a decade. I honestly never thought I'd ever see a NC in football--it's that elusive, and we're in the discussion every year now.

Dinardo started making us relevant by recruiting the state well; Saban pushed us over the edge before falling back sharply in '04, and Miles is keeping us in the upper echelon.

If you want to be negative, BE negative. Just do it in any of the other negative threads on this page. Stay out of a thread about believing in our Tigers.

Some of you forget a few things... first off, this time Bama comes to Death Valley... OUR Lair. This is a booster in itself. Then of course you have LSU's luck. Am I the only one that has seen LSU get by on luck a few times? Combine all that with the steady progress the offense has been making, plus the defense that has been a brick wall when needed, and I think we have ourselves a WIN. Bama are a good team this year, no doubt about that, but they are still prone to mistakes, and I'm pretty sure they can't break down a brick wall. Let's face it, Bama haven't really played anybody yet this season. They had Michigan in their first game, the only ranked team on their schedule until next weeks game against #20 Miss. State. Also remember that the Tigers get an off week before Nov. 3rd... Bama don't.

Spew all the negative you want... there are a ton of positives that can be thrown back. Regardless of what we've seen so far, LSU can beat Bama. In fact, I believe if any team in their schedule can beat them, it's LSU. If you're truly a Tiger fan, have some faith and support your damn fine football team LOL. All this bitching and moaning about mistakes, coaches, players, it ain't helping. What the Tigers need right now is their fans behind them on Nov 3rd. They need those seats FILLED, and Tiger fans screaming their heads off. It is time for another earthquake in Baton Rouge.

It never rains in Tiger stadium!

It sure is nice to see the passion!

No matter what is said, it is fun to have the good people rise up and believe.

    Always want for something more.
