LSU Baseball Regional Finals delayed until Monday Posted: May 31, 2015 9:34 PM CST Updated: May 31, 2015 9:34 PM CST By Matthew Fryou BATON ROUGE, LA (WAFB) - The NCAA has announced that the Regional Finals between LSU and UNCW will take place on Monday at Noon. After LSU defeated UNCW last night in a 2-0 pitchers duel, the Seahawks were forced to play an elimination game against Tulane. UNCW defeated Tulane by the score of 8-2, setting up a rematch against LSU for the regional championship. LSU Athletic Director Alleva says that the decision to play the game tomorrow at Noon is a "ridiculous decision," and that they could've easily gotten the game in. He says that it takes away from LSU competitive advantage being in the winner's bracket. The first pitch will be tomorrow at noon, with the second game (If needed) to take place at 7 p.m.
pretty sure ive never seen a game end that way. tying run rounded 3rd got caught in a rundown, catcher has to give up home to avoid obstruction call, 3b now has to catch the runner before he scores, dives and tags him as the runner touches home plate.

I don't like it but still UNCW will have to go with their #4 starter against Poche who has been our #1 for most of the year. Of Pocje can get over whatever has been wrong the last couple of starts and shut them down for 6 or 7 innings Jack Wholestaff should bring it home
