    The old plantations are where the evil deeds took place. They owe their very existence to the evil practice. Given those two facts, what is more evil, Oak Alley or a statue of a general who didn't believe in the evil practice, but fought to protect the rights of those who did?

    Professed America hater, the Rev. Jeremiah Wright. Known domestic terrorist Bill Ayers. Both long-time supporters of Barack Obama. He never condemned or disavowed them, not once. Nor did anyone on the left ever demand it of him. Again, the double standard of the left at work.

    Damn dude mc is one of the more calculated posters here. You claim to be this great retainer of wisdom from others. It seems to be your failure. You have a hard time listening and learning while throwing your experience around as your crutch.
    Stubborn, angry and narrow minded. Not a good long term combo on a discussion board.

    I typed this before gdf posted his response which cleared things up quite nicely. That civil society thing applies to this forum. Grow up.

    So then rise above it. Be the better person. There is no sense in bringing up Obama, he is gone. No longer President, can't be president. None of this is about Obama. Just seems like a convenient thing to do, blame the other side. You do realize that they are klansmen and neo nazis right? Jesus Christ we can't even agree that that's bad without saying, "well the other side is bad too"? That's a weak ass stance.

    Agreed however this is about the double standard so Obama and Hillary have be mentioned nothing else and no one else to compare Trumps treatment to. You have better idea?

    I am all for free speech even hate speech but hard to believe bats are allowed to be carried into powder kegs like Charlottesville. Two known violent hate groups and there is no city or state law to disarm them?
