Etling is definitely no Brees but a back shoulder throw is pretty easy to do on the goal line, or at least it should be for a college quarterback. You just throw the ball at the pylon. Your receiver must use his body to force the defender to the inside so the he can't make a play on the ball. Ball is thrown high enough where the defender can't jump it.
