Actually according to Ross Dillinger of The Advocate it was 16 runs and 9 passes.

I posted a tweet from Dellinger. We had 22 attempts inside the red zone. 16 were runs & 6 were passes.

The only play I didn't like was the third down play call. I hate stacking up when everyone knows what you're doing. Should have gone wide there with guice. BUT, it shoudln't have mattered because we had the right call on 4th and guice had a brain fart. I think in the end, they don't have the confidence in etling. Hard to blame them. He can make good decisions but isn't all-world.

Why not practice a nice little back shoulder to your receiver with the best hands? The little Brees Cooks/Thomas play on the goal line.

I'd love to do it, I just don't think with the guys we have and with the offense we've been running all year that we're capable of that play to any degree of certainty.

Dont know what you do for a living but keep your day job you are no football coach. So you would throw a back shoulder pass against probably the two best CB's in the SEC and against a Fla DL who pressured or sacked us most of the day in favor of 2 runs from thec1 yd line? Not only that but back shoulder passes have to extremely precise to work and you are asking a transfer QB to execute that having only started 8 games with a new HC and new OC given only 6 games to work on an offensive plan? LSU'S strenght in the run and the team is geared for it. 99% of the LSU scores if given 2 chances from the 1 yard line and would have had Guice hit the hole ge was supposed to.
