Big 16 SEC ACC Pac 16 ACC gobbles up a lot of the Big East. SEC takes some from Big 12 and Big East. Big 16 takes some from Big 12 and Big East. Pac 16 gets 6 from the Big 12. BCS has to be totally rewritten.
Kansas is lobbying the remaining Big 12 members to stick together because they would still be a BCS conference. Looking into the future say they lose OU, Texas, TT and A&M. Then go out and pick up 4-6 schools who are mid majors but would jump at the chance for a BCS affiliation like Utah, Boise St, BYU or Wyoming...maybe even coax Notre Dame. I think that would be their best bet in surviving.
i believe boise state has already said they are gonna jump to the mountain west. unless something has happened since i turned the tv off last night.
Yeah I saw that after I posted...but I'm more or less giving examples. A move by some smaller schools could result in a better deal for them.
