Gardner is a really good JUCO WR that LSU is in a really good spot with. However, qualifying issues and is looking into his NFL draft grade.
Simon is one of those guys that could have came back and jumped up in the next draft. That being said, all he needs is one team to like him and draft him early. Will he get that one team?
Back on track, I am stunned ANY LSU defensive back is declaring. I wish them all success but they are not very accomplished, as they advertisements say, "as seen on national tv."
They sure didn't knock anybody's socks off the last four games for sure. Having said that, Reid should be successful at the next level. Simon, not so sure about that. But I do wish them all the best.
Simon will get every opportunity to prove himself. His length and height along with the raw tools to succeed in today's era of monster-sized receivers will be a huge asset. One that will make him a coveted player even if at a bargain price. The rest is up to Tharold.
