Well we got a ring out of it. Had to suffer a lot since then but at least there was that moment. And yes, fuck Herbie no matter what.

Les is a good man. Had some great moments, for sure.

He has never recovered from January 2012, though... And it's not the loss he never recovered from. It was utter befuddlement and incompetence that night showed. Just the strangest game I have ever seen. It was the night we realized the emperor had no clothes...

Everyone points to January 2012 as Miles' downfall. I think it was earlier than that....the year of the pick 6. That was when the Mad Hatter became scared to trust his QBs to make plays.

Good man, fine person, did a lot toward advancing young men while in college, posted sign about not discussing Sam Montgomery cause he wasn't attending class, ( cute ).....and even sat the badger down ( wow ) ...... Someone said loved to hate him, he is only person that could piss me off more than my wife.......
Find yourself some easy little school and fade off into the sunset. And before I forget " thanks for my high blood pressure problem

There are hundreds of thousands of nice men in Louisiana. LOL. That sounded a bit gay, but the point is that it should never have counted for a thing... as it did at the end of last season.

I'll always remember Les Miles as the nice guy who was so dumb that he faked a punt on 4th and 16 against a very fast team.

The night he went for it at end of game on goal line ( time running out ) Hester punched it in and I was so nervous I had to go out on our back deck and could not watch it. Took 2 yrs off my life.
He was stubborn, but I agree we should of done better with talent we have had walk thru that tunnel. I'm 60 now and this guy was different from all of them

Yes, it would've been nice for him to go out on his own terms. Unfortunately, that stubbornness, and a lot of $$,$$$,$$$'s, kept that from happening.

He did go out on his own terms if you think about it.
