People, this is the same offense Florida always runs. They run, run, run and when they think they have you, they throw for a big pass. That didn't happen tonight.

You're underselling this team. They stopped Florida. Florida wanted to hang 40 on us tonight. They couldn't.

Guys, I hate to be "that guy" but the glory defenses of past champions actually got pressure on the QB. They actually sacked the QB. I'm not bashing Chavis or anything but it's just different for me to see our defense play well without getting a hint of pressure on the QB. It's a new scheme but come on, how can we not get a sack...ever. I honestly cant' remember the last time we had one.

It's not LSU football... it's not going to win you a championship. Florida was trying to come out with a win.... it showed the whole time.

    Chavis is KING. :geauxtige

This team only gave up 2 FGs really -- and a missed offensive PI that was incredibly blatant. Our offense and more importantly Jefferson are the reasons we lost this game.

It was funny how Danielson pointed out that Meyer ran the Big Ten football thing today and Les ran the spread thing today.

Tiger offense kept themselves on the sidelines all night, if you weren't watching.

Florida was given a short field all night. Defense did their job, certainly much more so then the defense that went to Washington.

When the front four match the back seven, then we would have a great D. Chavis did an outstanding job considering how bad our D line is.

:geaux: Sounds like LSU needs to fire Chavis and Crowton and put you in charge of both the offense and defense. You're obviously a football genius, besides being an idiot. Maybe Urban will call you on Monday to see if you can give him a few tips. Get a life dude, you ain't no Tiger fan. :LSU231:

The other teams got off the filed cause UF would score TD's frequently. Florida is a team that relies on big plays. They could not break one today. The defense did its job.
