I had LSU 31-17 in this game. Would have lost money too, but I learned long ago not to bet on my teams. I was sitting at the sports book in June in Vegas and easily could have plopped down just a few bucks, particularly on the Saints. But, as usual, I just walked away. Have a drink, Texas, and enjoy the win!!!
Yes I did !!!! A decent amount of scheckles. It was a hedge bet. But like I said I had not way of NOT being happy. If Arkansas won the sting would be gone because I won money If LSU won but didnt cover I win twice. If LSU covers it means they blow them out, Also happy. It was a win win !!!! Your welcome, this blowout cost me a few bucks and it was the happiest money I have ever lost. The LSU flag is firmly on my Arkansas neighbors house. Redemption.
The amount is not important. It did sting a bit for some reason I dont care. LSU blew them out. Pictures soon to come of the purple and gold flying wonderfully in the Texas sun.... Also now this year HE has to wear and LSU golf shirt and hat when we play in some tournaments. 3 of the last 4 years I had to. Funny he is a very good friend, he invites me to his dads box at Arkansas for games. I went twice this year. There is a guy in there who knows I am an LSU guy and he always gives me a hard time. Came up to me this year and said "Well your #1 now but Miles will find a way to mess it up he is an idiot who cannot manage the clock, etc etc" I just smiled and said we will see. Since I am their guest I usually lay low take the beatings for last years loss and say where is the whiskey... Anyway I look forward to seeing him again. So Miles went 12-0 in the regular season and proceed to shallack your precious petrino guess he aint so dumb is he ?
