I remember this, but I thought I also remembered that he allegedly turned us down. I’ve watched him at Texas as a “what if” and wondered if he ever gave any thought to what he turned down at LSU. (I’m sure he didn’t give any thought to it, but that Texas program continues to be a mess.)
Texas will always be a mess, too many boosters spending too much money that demand a say in football operations. I don't know if sark ends up there, if he does I'm not sure he knows what he is getting into or if he can handle it. My $ is no on both. As for Herman, I don't think his ego would allow him to take a step down to OC at a school he used to slow play his way into UT.
Herman will sit on his buyout for a year then take a hc opening.... don’t see him going the oc route but who knows....
