Is the lie that she broke down in a parking lot or at the entrance? She drives down and demands to be let in. They say no. She cries and says think of the children and some rando takes her pictures. I’ll give you that. Here’s where you and I differ... she retweets the photographers tweet pleading about children dying in cages or some shit, and lends no context at all. That’s posturing. She did it for likes. Once someone points out that she wasn’t seeing kids, she has an automatic out. No big deal. But what you and I are talking about right now is, would she do something for likes. Nothing else. No Q, no Fox News, no Ted Cruz body shots off a Tijuana stripper. “Would she do something for likes on social media?” I would say yes. You would say “well Fox News and q and what about >insert misdirection here< “
I'm going to need a link for that. Here's a link to the original story by the El Paso Times... TORNILLO, Texas — A protest against the Trump administration's immigration policies Sunday in Tornillo drew a diverse crowd of several hundred, including celebrity activist Rob Reiner, civil rights leader Dolores Huerta and political leader Julian Castro. Demonstrators gathered by 9 a.m. at the Marcelino Serna Port of Entry to protest the separation of children and demand an end to the detention of families. The energetic rally included teachers, service workers, students and clergy from the El Paso region and others from as far away as Milwaukee, Los Angeles and Alaska. https://www.elpasotimes.com/story/n...-zero-tolerance-policy-immigration/728948002/ Please note that AOC isn't mentioned at all. Like I said, nobody knew who she was then. She was just a face in the crowd.
Another link: Lena Dunham, Sia, other stars join protest of immigrant separations in Tornillo Lena Dunham, Sia, Amber Heard and other stars visited the border city of Tornillo, Texas, on Sunday to protest the Trump administration’s policy that separated migrant children from their parents. On Instagram, Dunham posted a photo of a number of celebrities in Tornillo holding protest signs in the Texas heat. “We came to Tornillo, Texas, to show our solidarity with the families who have been separated, the children who are alone and the parents who are grieving and the undocumented Americans who are losing more than I can fathom,” Dunham wrote. “Thank you, Tornillo, for showing us a warm border welcome and reminding us that together we rise.” The protest comes amid outrage over immigrant family separations, a consequence of the Trump administration’s zero tolerance policy toward illegal border crossings. Amid photos and audio of separated children and a critical outcry, President Donald Trump signed an executive order on Wednesday that he said would keep migrant parents and children together, although it’s legality is not yet clear. https://www.ktsm.com/news/lena-dunh...protest-of-immigrant-separations-in-tornillo/ Still no mention of AOC.
Brobeans.... I will do my best to spell it out I LINKED AOC’s RETWEET WHERE SHE IS POSTURING that’s it. No blogger articles to read. If you don’t see it, just say “nah man, Kevin Bacon wasn’t in Footloose” and we can move on.
Except you're ignoring the backdrop of the event and painting AOC's actions in isolation. There were several hundred people there. And the separation of children from their families had been in the media for weeks. This didn't happen in a vacuum.
And you’re ignoring her retweet and refusing to see what she did there. Stick to your guns Cochise, it’s working for you. My kid’s playing Spider-Man right now, so I’m cool with imaginations. I think it’s adorable.
