Regaring the game vs Texas last Saturday. It was full of analogies involving ham and eggs and pigs and chickens. No one seems to know what the hell he was trying to say. The NCAA fined him a whopping $10 K. Word is they will use the money to give out year long passes for employees to eat for free at Denny's.
i'm glad someone understood. i saw that on sportscenter this morning and didn't know if it was me cause i hadn't finished my coffee, or if he was a babbling lunatic. come to think of it, i should have understood what he was saying. before i have my coffee i am generally a babbling lunatic. :hihi:
I think he's right though. Officiating has been horrible over the last few years and should be called out. It's ridiculous to fine a coach for disputing bad calls. And to say that he should do it privately is BS. That does nothing. The only way to get them to fix anything is through public pressure.
vince gill. used to be in pure prairie league when he was unknown and sang that song, Amie (what you wanna do). he dumped his wife for Amy Grant and she dumped her husband. she is like the all-time seller of christian music or something. i thought the same thing.
The pig gets slaughtered, therefore they are "dedicated" like the players and coaches. The chicken just lays the egg and is done, like the officials. So they can sleep easy at night knowing they can **** out another egg the next Saturday with absolutely nothing riding on it.
I guess thats what we get we ask a Pepperdine Law Grad his opinion on something. I prefer blunt screaming like Les.
