    Ignorance at coaching, qb position, lack of passing plays in the playbook, and not enough practice executing the few passing plays that are in the playbook.

    Has nothing to do with who has more talent or who the better QB is. If your QB plays like shit, you bench his ass, doesn't mean you have to bench him forever. That's what I loved about Spurrier, if his QB played like ass, he would bench him in a heartbeat.

    He can't say anything about the QB he finding it hard to talk did not want to step on toes . Locker room maybe a bit different , he may even say goodbye But if I were him I would wait until I had my check in my hand
