Went by some friends just to say hello and nibble a bite. Ended up eating turkey, dressing, green beans, rice dressing, sweet potato casserole and wine. On to brothers house for all that plus ham potatoes au gratin and peanut butter cheesecake.

You should go down to the Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo It goes for a about a month and they do every kind of BBQ cookoff their is. When I lived there I always like the Steak cookoff and the chili cookoff night. My god after they pick the ones they want to present to judges all the teams serve up the rest at their little seated areas. And there is nothing like a chili cookoff. You want some hot thick chili that will taste so good you think your intestines are a wildfire. Reminds me of the Texas Chili Cookoff Joke about the guest Judge.
I didn't realize until just now that A&M has the best rushing defense that we have faced all season. They give up a measly 80.8 yards a game. Passing defense is not good but... well... we are less than proficient in that area. This doesn't look like a good spot for us. Maybe we can kick 7 field goals and escape with the win.
