Oddly, the constitution was written without the forethought that passionate fuggers would fly airplanes (new to the constitution) into buildings to serve a cause foreign to the defense of our country. Follow that with clever attacks to our citizens from those allowed to reside in our country (a constitutional right) all in an effort to serve those same causes. Those that have a cause, do so for a purpose that benefits them in their afterlife. We owe it to them to provide that afterlife, swiftly and without prejudice. You want to protect their acts by tossing up the constitution? You should consider joining them as it is your constitutional right.

It has been stated by the State Dept, Homeland Security, FBI and CIA that there is little available to verify most people from Syria, Libya, Iraq etc as to who they are, what their background is and whether they are affixed with the radical Muslim terror groups. We are a compassionate country but shouldn't be suicidal.
