Eliminator is more dramatic than a room full of middle school girls who all got their periods on the same day.

People are discussing where we suck and what needs to be changed to not suck.

I've interpreted it more as Miles sucks and we are on a slope downward to the abyss known as hell.

Well despite contrary opinion it's les miles fault regardless if hes directly responsible. But in this case, he is. It's his offense, he coaches the oline with stud, it's his baby. Not the defense.

We may be on a downward slope if it's not corrected this weekend. So people overly concerned is quite understandable. 4 losses will suck when preseason ranked #1 especially when half are rent a wins. Lsu drains a lot of money out of a fanbase based on these expectations. They can't have it both ways.

True but my point is that a 4 - 3 loss season would not come cLose to killing LSU or Miles.

Even if we win out, I am 100% sure OC changes are made.

Of course not. Although changing an oc won't matter much as miles acknowledges he has his hand in the offense. Not news to anyone paying attention.

But if he loses 4 games or so and the offense resembles what it is now and has for seemingly forever he's not going to be comfortable either. Not fearing for his job- just more like coming home to a bad marriage. And we are effectively married to this dude for quite some time. even if we have to sleep in separate rooms.

Of course he has a hand in the gameplan...he's the head coach and an offensive guy. He also straight up said that Stud calls the plays during the game. I don't think he meddles or shackles as much as some think. Our talent/development/health issues are the real problems.

Our ability to adjust to those changes are the real issues. Thats what coaching is all about. Not continuing to do the same things with different personnel. This is why les should stay out of the offense. He is the slowest ever to adjust or change despite how obvious. He needs to put his ego aside. But he's incapable of doing so.

That's the thing though, this year, it's been the execution. National championship game, yes, that was a clusterfuck. But this season, if players make plays, don't commit stupid penalties, catch the fucking ball, and we are healthy, different results. I feel you would have seen what you saw against Washington.

If we execute we beat inferior teams which doesn't tell us much. Lsu and sc are about equal. Let's see where we stand.
