I saw him on campus a couple years ago and tried to talk to him...but he spun and I tripped over another guy and he disappeared after that.

There was a lot of talk about tt not playing well. He even said so himself. He is a much better player with jl as qb. Does jl throw a more catchable ball or is it a faith issue. Does he play harder or more focused with lee ? Is his number called more often with lee in the game? Is there some friction between jj and tt. I'm still trying to figure it out

A good comparison is Roddy White in Atlanta. He was mediocre at best when Vick was there. Then in comes Ryan and all of a sudden White is a pro bowler. I think the catchable ball issue is right on point. Usually when JJ completes a ball its never in a position for the receiver to do anything after the catch. Lee has been hitting guys in stride. Beautiful to watch these guys with an opportunity to run after the catch.

That's really the big difference. With JJ, if TT gets a chance at a reception, he usually has to take his body out of position to make the grab. When Lee throws it his way, he hits him in stride, which gives him the space to make a move and break it. Dude has a deadly first move. His hip control in space is about as good as it gets.

I'm happy for Toliver. He had a couple of real good games the last two weeks. It liioks like he's turned things around.

I hope he tears it up against Bama !!
