It is much considering the situation. He's a low first round pick, he missed training camp and pre season, and is still a rookie, yet fans think he's the best in franchise history halfway through the season. I believe Bowe will be one of the top receivers in the league in 2 years time, Im talking TO, Moss & Johnson status.
I think he only missed some of training camp, I remember seeing him on HBO's special on training camp for the chiefs.
