So, after all this we've presented, you're just guessing that there's a way to null it out  I guess this is why the conversation died.
i dont follow. and i dont think that anything i said in my last post wasnt said in an earlier post in this thread. im not changing my argument, if thats what you mean.
all of our employees are expected to be able to perform ALL jobs here at this company. meaning even though I do inside sales, I have to be able to operate our equipment out back, and possibly even drive company vehicles. If my record isn't clean enough, insurance won't cover me. if I'm not covered, I can't do the job. If i can't do the job, why keep me employed? We also have a dress code here. facial hair is allowed, but must be kept neatly trimmed. meaning I can't grow a ZZ Top style beard. Even though that has zero impact on my job. I'm sure there are rules at your place of employment that seem to have no meaning, but you still gotta follow them.
Not sure what you would do in that situation, especially since if she went and told the boss. How would you ever discipline yourself. I guess you could make yourself go cut and extra 40 lbs of potatoes to keep yourself busy.:hihi:
Bring back the old "athlete's dorm." Lock doors at midnight. If you miss curfew, you're in trouble. Apartments off campus is just "looking" for trouble. Team is fed together, sleeps in the same building, goofs off together.:thumb:
Bring back the draft. It's amazing how much of an influence the threat of being drafted into the service of your country can be, as far as encouraging young men to make decent grades and stay in school.
My company doesn't allow me to be seen in public with our Vendors and I can't tell you who I work, as I deal with the wars.
