A disappointing loss. Fell asleep last night and we were up by 15 and looking dominant, especialy rebounding. We really need to win the last one to get to 18-12, win a game or two in the SEC tourney and make a run in the NIT to build some momentum headed into next season.
LSU had the edge in physicality in the 1st half, and Tennessee completely turned the tables in the 2nd. They were able to pound away inside from the post and we had no answer on defense, while we yet again settled for bad jumpers. At the end Tennessee hit clutch shots and free throws, and we didn't. Simple as that.
Frustrating loss. Hope the team can regroup and win the season finale and maybe a couple in the SEC Tourney to have a shot at the NIT . :geauxtige
I can see this happening alot next year. I hate to harp on this, but this is going to be a big problem next year if we don't get some post help. Hamilton/JOB can't play all game.
Need a little help, remember this guy? Nope, Chris wasn't one of the players that scored 60 or more pts. in a college game. This is not a play on his name.
yep. did it vs Louisiana College in 1953 during his senior season Shaq had 61 points for the Lakers vs the Clippers in 2000, but he never hit 60 at LSU
