How in the world does Tenn get verbals from 5-5 star players, only one of which is from Tenn. The number of 4 and 3 star players are unremarkable, but 5- 5 star players makes them have a very good class as rated by rivals. I'm scratching my head how Fulmer pulled this out his rump.

A strong recruiting class is exciting; but a strong team is mo exciting. Don't sweat it, not that I don't feel the same as you, but *'s are *'s and there are many 3 & 4 star players that end up being extraordinary too. LSU will be fine.

I acutally worry that we will eventually have so much talent that we may lose some of the "Big names" in the next couple of years because the "Playing time" may come in to play. I hope someone tells me I'm wrong about it but I see it to be very possible.

With the staff Miles is putting together, I feel comfortable that 2, 3, and 4 * players will be developed and have alot of success at LSU. :thumb:

They really have an odd line of recruits.

He has managed to get the best of the best, but has failed pretty miserably in getting that 2nd tier level of player (six 4-star, fifteen 3-star, one 2-star).

Now if he could only hire him a good head coach.

They're having a great recruiting stretch, yes, but remember, it's NOT what talent comes to you, it's what you do with that talent.

The Vols have had talented classes before, and they'll continue to I'm sure, but Fullmer's success has pretty much been graded at probably a B- or C+. He's produced pretty mediocre results.

I'm not too concerned with Phil's recruits until next fall. Since the academic fraud exposure at Tennessee, Phil's recruits have been much like Dinardo's. His better recurits have not been able to get into school.

2 of them are juco's that were both 4*s coming out of high school. Also, one was part of their class from 2 years ago.

They sign and place so many kids, their recruiting rankings are inflated because they get to count so many kids twice.

Well, now. That post certainly confirms their academic success. :hihi:

The other thing to remember about tinysee is just how many questionable charachters foolmer recruits. Their team has been the poster child for disobedience and lawlessness for a few years now. He recruits great players but doesnt recruit a great team of players.
