Matt Simms. 259 yards passing vs. Gator's young secondary, don't expect that to happen to us. He's also taken 11 sacks in last two games so I'd load up on some Drake Nevis; Kelvin Sheppard, for the right price, if I was in the TigerForums.com Fantasy League. Tyrann Mathieu @ $2 & Morris Claiborne @ $1 is a deal- saw Sensation and Crip picked that up last game. Ridley is going to have a big day. One more thing, lmao when Fantasy League won't even take the QB, that says a lot. I wouldn't either. Anyway Simms puts it up 30 times a game- has 3 INT's. Also saw he had 16 rushes in last two games (8 each), not sure if it's designed runs or him running from Florida and UAB's pass rushers. Hope we see plenty of this: And not much of this: Someone give me sumpin on their D. .
6 returning starters..DE Ben Martin, LB Nick Reveiz, and a feller in the backfield by the name of Janzen Jackson (name sure sounds famaliar?) are their best Players. With the exception of 2 guys, nobody is past 230 lbs. Seems kinda small. Could be a good opportunity for our Offense. Might even be able to run the Option-
We should play a good game on D, blitz Simms frequently and cause some interceptions. Big #92 should have a field day, looking forward to it. Our offense should be able to run the ball well on them. We will see saturday!
Sure he'll get a big welcome to TS. Bring on the Vols!! This is the first time I can ever remember not being REALLY nervous about playing them. JJ throws for 200.
If you want to give the passing game a shot in the arm, start Jarrett Lee. UAB threw for 429 yards against Tennessee's defense in Neyland Stadium. That's right, UAB. Damn how bad would that have sucked for Derek Dooley, wasn't he on Saban's staff here when we lost to UAB?
Not having a passing game makes the offense predictable, so I'm concerned in every game. Even seemingly hapless Tennessee. But LSU should win this one with less drama than West Virginia.
tiga i will give you something on their D. They play with 11 generally on the field at the same time. Usually some d lineman, linebackers, and some secondary personnell. They will try to tackle our guys when they have the ball and take it away whenever possible. They will have players on both the strong and weak sides. And they will be very very very very tired by the end of the game...... thats about all i got ............... lol
