Killed it in the debate tonight. Will win Iowa, which will be the beginning of the end to Trump mania.

No democrat is winning under the extreme national security concerns facing American voters.

God help us all. Wasn't even born in America.

Obama is more of an American that Ted Cruz is. At least he was born here.

Maybe so, maybe not. For a so-called "Ameŕican" Obamamhammed sure does sympathize with the mooslem crowd.

So do a lot of people, I don't agree with those people, however that doesn't change the fact that he was born in America and Cruz wasn't.

Eff your Fordham law prof, and I'll raise you a Harvard Law Review....

"While some constitutional issues are truly difficult, with framing-era sources either nonexistent or contradictory, here, the relevant materials clearly indicate that a “natural born Citizen” means a citizen from birth with no need to go through naturalization proceedings......

While the field of candidates for the next presidential election is still taking shape, at least one potential candidate, Senator Ted Cruz, was born in a Canadian hospital to a U.S. citizen mother. Despite the happenstance of a birth across the border, there is no question that Senator Cruz has been a citizen from birth and is thus a “natural born Citizen” within the meaning of the Constitution. Indeed, because his father had also been resident in the United States, Senator Cruz would have been a “natural born Citizen” even under the Naturalization Act of 1790. "

I said it weeks ago, this is the only guy IMO, who can beat Hillarity and I think the democrats know it because they are now using the same tactics that the anti-Obama-ites used when questioning his citizenship status. Hypocrites on both sides. If he wasn't a legit contender, then go after his record.

Doesn't matter what either say, Supreme Court needs to decide, and they haven't and if there is doubt then I don't think you can say he is a natural born citizen. What we have right now is opinions, SCOTUS needs to rule. Personally, fuck him, he wasn't born here.

This question was settled in 1966 when Mitt Romney's father George was running for president. George was born in Mexico because his American father was the Ambassador to Mexico and his mother was also American. SCOTUS ruled that he was eligible.

Ted Cruz may end up being the Republican nominee, but that would make Broom Hilda president.
