It doesn't matter how good Tim Tivo is. He has proved that it takes a team effort to win games. As good as he is it appears that Florida is going nowhere with at least 3 losses this year!
Excellent point - but the Heisman is an individual award and despite the 3 losses, Tebow has INDIVIDUALLY put up some incredible stats.
True. And actually, I don't really have a problem with the voters requiring that the player's team have successful season. But I think sophomores should be able to win. And I think a 3 loss season in the SEC qualifies as a fairly successful season.
I agree totally. I think Fla. will win, or at least contend seriously, for a MNC in the next 2 years.
No sophmore has ever won the H. Archie Girffin won it his Jr. and Sr. years. Tebow should be the 1st soph to ever win it.
He is the only player to throw for 20+ tds and rush for 20+ tds in a season. I think he should win it in a blow out, RunDMC is a distant second.
I will just throw in my 2 cents here... As good as Tivo seems to be they still have 3 losses and don't appear to be going anywhere this year. Just goes to show it takes a team effort to win in football.

Sure, UF has 3 losses, but how many would they have if they didn't have Tebow? He is pretty much their only running threat, and their wideout corps is young. Every team that plays them pretty much knows what's coming, and yet they can't stop it. I'd vote for him, and I hate the Gators. GEAUX TIGERS
