Just got back from Vegas last night. No, I didn't go to any of the games -- was out there for work and very busy. But is amazing how there was no buzz that this was going on in town. I guess Vegas is pretty saturated with entertainment options. Wonder if Stern was watching the attendence. I did see.... Bill Russell at the Mirage Lebron at Body English. Talked to some girls right after they were 'introduced' to him and they said he was extremely dull. Melo at the Wynn. There was a slight buzz about Team USA at the Wynn where they were staying.
Yeah, Lebron could have it figured out. But he should tell his staff to quit rounding up girls to come be 'introduced' to him. There was a guy with one of those loser bluetooth earpieces on walking around Body English finding girls to 'meet Lebron'. Eliminate this and you stand a lot less chance having an issue with a misunderstanding.
people say he is a hog and all that, but he really only is because he has to. exhibitions like this prove that he is also one of the better passers and team guys out there. he has shut down the opponent's best scorer every game, also.
wtf is this commercial that they keep running say that jj reddick is the best shooter in basketball history. give me a break. I think my issue with Kobe is more about his attitude. Him crying about wanting a trade this summer just made it worse. I just hate how he whines and gets all huffy when he doesn't get foul calls. His team is awful so I get him taking all the shots. Although I guaranty that he could score 81 on me. After about 70 I'd tell him to quit shooting or I'd take him out wwe style with a folding chair.
if Coach K doesn't put Bron back in to try to break the record, then I will be pissed. I know he wants them to rest for tomm, but for goodness sakes, they have bene playing 15-20 mins a game in the tourny. that's nothing for these dudes.
