From what I saw of Forcier last year, he's a competitor. And from what it looks like, Rich Rod isn't going to let him see the field..... What a great pick up if somehow, some way the Tigers could pick him up in a transfer... be an excellent gap filler between Jefferson and Rivers. Time for Miles to use those Michigan connections. Your Thoughts?
Almost interesting... Tater a Hurricane. Scout.com: Forcier to UM is big for Canes I guess the bench is a lot warmer in Miami than Michigan.
I wouldn't want him. Dude is a prick and his whole family is full of themselves. There's a reason he didn't play at Michigan even though he was the better QB. Forcier family, Forcier brothers include, Jason Forcier, Chris Forcier, and Tate Forcier. Jason Graduated Stanford ’09, Chris Forcier UCLA quarterback is now at Furman, while Tate Forcier Michigan quarterback, all born and raised in San Diego C
I think Miami had to take a chance on him. They didn't hit in QB recruiting this year, so they need someone to compete with Steven Morris when Harris leaves.
He and his whole family are a bunch of quitters. If you hadn't already, look at the website LSUTyga linked. Each of the 3 sons started at one university, and transferred to another. I mean look at Tate's quote: "...it was made clear that [Michigan] had given up on me." Okay, sure. This kid decided he was leaving Michigan in their first game of the season. He said "I'm out" after that game, and showed it with his demeanor on the sidelines the entire season. I don't want him or that family anywhere near Baton Rouge.
His name would be about the only thing that fit on this team. Last name, anyway. What kind of name is Tate?
I'm amazed that anyone would want this kid. Not only is he a spoiled brat, he's painfully mediocre at everything. I'll be shocked if he ever starts a game for Miami.
I expect that freshman who played this year at Miami to take the starting role from Harris, leaving Forcier as a backup yet again. What does that mean for a Forcier? Transfer!
