    Before everyone gets up in arms, allow me to point out that it's meant to be satire. Obviously the guy is being over-the-top in order to show how ridiculous it would be to charge fees for tailgating.

    I was kinda wondering how someone from here could write this and be serious, so yeah I kinda had a hunch. I thought maybe it was one of Glenn Gilbeau's aliases... lol

    Phenomenal satire. Sadly, you can attribute that sort of thought to some programs. I went to a Navy/Stanford game once...

    If given a choice now, I would prefer to go to a baby shower.

    It almost has to be satirical, although it wouldn't surprise me if there was an a-hole like this lurking in the crowd somewhere on gameday thinking he was better than this.

    But I will say...he sounds WAY too serious at times in this article and it makes me think twice. :huh:

    The use of the phrase "movers and shakers" twice kind of gave it away for me.
