Monday Night countdown crew finally questioning the fact that the Cowboys had to deal with the T.O. fiasco (the "T.O. birthday week, my mind is in Los Angeles, I didn't hear the championship speech" whatchamadoodle), and that they were forced to focus more on that rather than the game at hand (Saints). Mark it down now: Jerry Jones ran off Jimmy Johnson, knowing that Jimmy was his only chance at sustaining the dominance of the Cowboys in the mid 90s (they collapsed soon after). He will run off Parcells, once again knowing that choosing Bill over T.O. is the right thing to do, yet he will choose T.O. in the end. Keeping the Cowboys in the limelight will be more valuable to Jerry than the possibility of winning another championship. Plus he is delusional enough to think T.O. can still bring that title home. Owens is waiting to totally ruin the Cowboys next season. He is saving his best for later. We have only seen the very tip of the iceberg this year. He's just toying with us right now (well ESPN, actually).
" Consider yourself SUCKED ". TO is a joke. After he ruins the cowgirls, which will be awesome, his career will be over. No team, maybe the Raidas, will be stupid enough to pick him up. Could have been the greatest WR of all-time if he wasn't a selfish prick.
You hit the nail right on the head. TO is going to keep the boys in the news, in turn generating more $$$. I find it funny that TO complained about everything he does gets put out to the public. WHAT THE HELL YOU THINK WILL HAPPEN?!
I hope he's being tongue in cheek there. Ultimately its all part of his "who me? making a scene?" game he keeps playing with the media.
I hear that's what Parcell's has hanging in the Cowboys lockeroom. Sad when you're suppose to have something profound there instead.
To's cornbread ain't real done. Dude's got some short circuits. I wouldn't have to run him off because I wouldn't have had anything to do with the sumbitch in the first place. But hand it to him, he can surely jerk the media's chain.
