I am not hardcore and im not one of those who always thinks lsu will win every game every year, however im not uneasy about this game but others down the road will.

This is the Florida team that is legitimately in the top 5 of recruiting year in and year out. They'll give us all we want, I'm sure. But they've got the inexperienced QB this year, we've got an extremely solid team, so I feel good about our chances. I feel like Miles is keeping this team grounded and from taking anyone for granted. Feels weird to say something positive about Miles, but I have to relent from time to time. He has quite a few endearing qualities.

I love SVP. He refers to Les Miles as "An Evolved Life Form."

    Hilarious.

Last week, I think we were looking ahead.

Tomorrow, I don't think so. Even though the Gators are starting a rookie QB I think the Tigers will be focused on the task at hand.

I don't take ANY other team 'lightly'... my very first IN Tiger Stadium experience was the 2000 13-10 loss to UAB...........

It would be a MAJOR upset for Florida to win.

I don't know many LSU fans that are worried. It's still Florida but it's a team without an experienced QB going up against the Tigers defense in Death Valley.

I don't see the final score being as lopsided as it could be, but I just think this LSU team is just too good to lose to a team with a 1st time starting QB. If we do lose, then we deserve whatever plummet we would take in the rankings. LSU is the better team and although I don't see the score being as lopsided as maybe the Bama game, I am supremely confident that LSU wins against a most probably one-dimensional team in Tiger Stadium.

SVP always loved talking Miles and LSU. And when CLM sent him a sneaker last year, Van Pelt was hooked.

    I'm not worried at all.

Yes, Florida is very talented but I think we may do to them what they did to us back in '08 when we had the inexperienced QB and were playing at their place.

The only 2 things that will keep this game close are the return of an inept offense and/or turnovers.

Otherwise, I expect us to win by 17-21 points.
